What we're looking for

The role
The main mission of the Insurance Office Director will be to coordinate and supervise the operational and commercial management of the ANTEQUERA branch, and the development of projects.
What you'll do
Management and supervision of the office budget and profitability.
Leadership, development, and motivation of the commercial and administrative team.
Creation, training, and monitoring of the commercial network.
Evaluation of team performance, providing feedback and detecting opportunities for improvement.
Supervision of administrative management: policies, invoicing, collections, and claims processing.
Monitoring of control indicators, incidents, and compliance with procedures.
Analysis of the competition and development of commercial strategies.
Management and loyalty of the client portfolio, guaranteeing a high level of service.
Control of the monthly office closing and technical balance of the portfolio.
How you'll work
Temporary full-time contract (Monday to Friday).
