Site Foreman

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the on-site execution of the work. Your mission will be to coordinate all trades, ensure the quality of finishes, and guarantee that deadlines are strictly met, working closely with the Project Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

Execution and Supervision: Direct control of work areas and daily supervision of the correct execution of tasks according to the project and regulations.

Team Leadership: Coordination and organization of subcontractors, trades, and in-house staff. Assignment of tasks and control of performance.

Resource Management: Planning and requesting materials, controlling machinery, and receiving supplies on site.

Planning: Support to the Project Manager in weekly planning (Last Planner or similar) to anticipate and avoid "bottlenecks".

Technical Interpretation: Reading and interpreting blueprints, setting out, and resolving on-site construction issues.

Health and Safety: Acting as a Preventive Resource, overseeing strict compliance with safety measures and the use of PPE by all parties involved.

Control: Measuring executed work and reporting progress/deviations to the Project Manager.

Experience: Your track record is the most important thing. We are looking for a minimum of 3 to 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Site Manager, preferably in industrial buildings, logistics warehouses, or commercial spaces (supermarkets, offices, gyms).

Education: Technical education is valued, but we prioritize knowledge acquired hands-on at the construction site ("on the job").

Mandatory: 60-hour H&S course (Basic Level) and union agreement courses.

Skills: Decisive character, authority to direct subcontractors, organization, and management skills.

Project: Joining a solvent company with large-scale projects.

Stability: Permanent contract.

Como Encargado de Obra, serás el responsable de la ejecución material de la obra a pie de campo. Tu misión será coordinar todos los oficios, asegurar la calidad de los acabados y garantizar que los plazos de ejecución se cumplan rigurosamente, trabajando codo con codo con el Jefe de Obra.

Tus Responsabilidades:

Ejecución y Supervisión: Control directo de los tajos y supervisión diaria de la correcta ejecución de los trabajos según proyecto y normativa.

Liderazgo de Equipos: Coordinación y organización de las subcontratas, gremios y personal propio. Asignación de tareas y control de rendimientos.

Gestión de Recursos: Planificación y petición de materiales, control de maquinaria y recepción de suministros en obra.

Planificación: Apoyo al Jefe de Obra en la planificación semanal (Last Planner o similar) para anticiparse a las necesidades y evitar "cuellos de botella".

Interpretación Técnica: Interpretación de planos, replanteos y resolución de incidencias constructivas in situ.

Seguridad y Salud: Ejercer como Recurso Preventivo, vigilando el cumplimiento estricto de las medidas de seguridad y el uso de EPIs por parte de todos los intervinientes.

Control: Realización de mediciones de obra ejecutada y reporte de avances/desviaciones al Jefe de Obra.

Experiencia: Lo más importante es tu trayectoria. Buscamos experiencia mínima entre 3 y 5 años demostrable como Encargado de Obra, preferiblemente en edificación industrial, naves logísticas o terciario (supermercados, oficinas, gimnasios).

Formación: Se valora la formación técnica pero priorizamos el conocimiento adquirido a pie de obra ("oficio").

Imprescindible: Curso de PRL de 60 horas (Nivel Básico) y cursos de convenio.

Competencias: Carácter resolutivo, autoridad para mandar sobre las subcontratas, orden y capacidad de organización.

Proyecto: Incorporación a una empresa solvente con obras de gran envergadura.

Estabilidad: Contrato indefinido.
