The role

Do you want to be part of the commercial team of an expanding Financial Institution in Castilla-La Mancha?

We are looking for 15 Senior Commercial Managers for all of Castilla-La Mancha. Specialists such as private client managers, business managers, personal banking managers, and corporate managers, in the areas of Albacete (Albacete, Almansa, and Villarrobledo), Ciudad Real (Ciudad Real, Alcázar de San Juan, Daimiel, Tomelloso, and Villarubia de los Ojos), and Cuenca.

If you have extensive experience within the financial commercial sector, you are an individual with initiative and proactivity, you enjoy working on challenging projects, and you have a clear customer orientation, this could be an opportunity for you:

To carry out commercial management for both clients and non-clients, both proactively and reactively, through which the financial solutions that best suit their needs will be offered.

What you'll do

Gain an in-depth knowledge of the entire Product and Service Catalog.
Consult tools to understand the characteristics of each Client.
Plan your own commercial activity towards the fulfillment of objectives (office and individual).
Execute planned commercial management, both those assigned by the Director and your own

Collaborate in the training and explanation of campaigns and products to the rest of the office professionals.
Be an example in the use of management Tools (CRM, commercial offers...) and assist in their use
