In Commercial, we develop specific solutions for the self-employed, Startups, and high-growth companies.

• You will have the opportunity to see firsthand how the financial relationship with companies is managed and to collaborate with professionals in the analysis and monitoring of their clients and operations, where:
• You will participate in the analysis of companies from different sectors, understanding their business models, economic-financial situation, and main needs.
• You will collaborate in the study and monitoring of different types of operations, including working capital and investment financing, loans and credit lines, confirming, factoring, guarantees, leasing, renting, and foreign trade solutions.
• Likewise, you will be able to familiarize yourself with treasury solutions, payment and collection methods, and other products and services aimed at covering the day-to-day financial needs of companies.
• You will provide support in the preparation of visits and commercial proposals, analysis of financial information, monitoring of operations, and coordination with specialized areas of the Bank, acquiring a global view of banking activity directed at the Corporate segment.

You will be part of our Talent Program, a 12-month internship program, designed to bring in young talent and accelerate their professional development within Santander. Additionally, this experience will be accompanied by a specialized master's degree in financial markets that will complement your practical learning with solid academic training and allow you to develop financial, commercial, and strategic knowledge while building your professional career.

The start date will be January 2027 and you will need full availability for this experience.

During this first year, you will develop your professional experience as a Business Manager or International Business Manager in one of our regional offices (Madrid, Castilla La Mancha, Canarias, País Vasco, Cataluña, Valencia, Murcia, Cantabria, Castilla León, Galicia, and Andalucía).

All of this will allow you to develop financial and commercial knowledge, strengthen your analytical capacity, and acquire a close and practical view of the relationship between the Bank and its corporate clients.

You will work alongside professionals with extensive experience, assume responsibilities from day one, and be part of a division that directly impacts millions of clients and companies.
