The role
Integrated into the Draught Installation Dept., you will act as a link between the Sales Force (Requester) and the Service Company (Execution) to enable the correct execution of IB Operations (Installation, preventive/corrective maintenance) and the decommissioning of Draught, Water Vending, and Coffee Machine installations. Likewise, you must manage any incidents arising from the aforementioned process.
What you'll do
- Ensure the correct integration of IB demand (requests for Installs, Removals, Modifications, and Preventive - Corrective Maintenance).
- Act as a link between the Damm Sales Force and Service Companies, including day-to-day support, and the coordination of specific Acquisition / Disconnection Processes for Distribution.
- The maintenance of IB material movements (installations, fridges, bottle racks, and counters).
- You are co-responsible for the quality of the Department's information as well as the processes for its distribution (internal and external).
- Manage the resolution of incidents and claims linked to IB operations.
- Support for Service Companies (ongoing attention to their demands/requests; e.g., technical feasibility) and periodic control of their related documentation.
- Collaborate in the monthly Horeca Commercial Team meetings with the objective of identifying new needs and resolving doubts/incidents.
