Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience in sales, customer service, and personalized advice.
Commercial profile: approachable, dynamic, and proactive.
Ease in starting conversations, detecting needs, and generating trust.
Interest in or knowledge of cosmetics, dermocosmetics, pharmacy, or skincare.
Ability to advise on and sell premium and high-ticket products.
Comfort in conducting workshops, demonstrations, and activities with small groups.
Previous experience in cosmetics, pharmacy, selective perfumery, or the luxury sector will be valued.
Knowledge of Basque will be positively valued.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Contract for the Christmas campaign.
Schedule from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00, except holidays (it will be necessary to be in the store 15' before opening, which will be paid time).
Hourly salary of €15.02 gross (€26,201 per year)
Prior in-person training on brand and product.
An environment oriented towards advice and a high-quality customer experience.

The role

At Grupo Crit, we are looking to recruit Premium Cosmetics Advisors for a special Christmas campaign for a renowned high-end scientific cosmetics firm.

We are looking for people with a clear commercial orientation, a passion for the world of cosmetics, and the ability to offer very careful and personalized attention.

What you'll do

Personalized attention, advice, and sales.
Recommendation of premium cosmetic products according to each client's needs.
Sales and commercial follow-up.
Conducting workshops and cosmetic experiences in-store.
CRM actions and contact with clients to invite them to events and activities.
Opening and closing of the establishment.
Management of bank deposits.
Maintenance of the image, order, and correct functioning of the point of sale.
Occasional support with initial setup and pack-down at the end of the campaign.

Campaign dates

Expected start: between 11/19 and the week of 11/23, depending on the point of sale.

End date: 12/24.

Prior to opening, in-person training will be carried out regarding the brand, its products, and sales and management procedures.

It is important to have availability and commitment throughout the entire campaign.
