What we're looking for

We are looking for a technical, practical profile with experience in industrial environments, capable of taking on both the organization and supervision of maintenance as well as the coordination of plant personnel.

The ideal profile is a person with direct factory experience, resourceful, organized, with technical criteria and leadership capacity to coordinate teams and make decisions on a day-to-day basis.

Training in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Electricity or similar
(Demonstrable) experience in industrial maintenance in a production environment
Knowledge in mechanics and industrial electricity
Welding knowledge.
Own vehicle
Full availability to work in weekly rotating shifts

Nice to have

Valuable experience in pneumatics, frequency drives, or basic PLC
Valuable training in forklifts or working at heights

Direct hiring by the company.
Stable project
Rotating shifts:

Morning: 06:00 to 14:00

Afternoon: 14:00 to 22:00

Night shift: Sunday to Thursday from 22:00 to 06:00 h

Salary: according to experience and merit

At Grupo Crit we are selecting a Maintenance Electromechanic to join directly a major company in the agrifood sector in Granada, with a dynamic technical environment and real possibilities for growth.

What you'll do

You will be part of the maintenance team, being key to guaranteeing the correct operation of the plant:

Coordinate and supervise plant personnel.
Organize tasks, priorities, and production needs.
Control the operation of ovens, combustion systems, conveyors, motors, reducers, compressors, bagging machines, palletizers, filters, fans, and auxiliary machinery.
Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
Coordinate internal repairs, suppliers, and external services.
Manage critical spare parts and maintenance materials.
Reduce unplanned downtime and improve plant efficiency.
Document faults, interventions, and maintenance reports.
Propose technical improvements, investments, and machinery renewal.
Ensure compliance with safety, prevention, quality, and environmental regulations.
