Industrial Workshop Manager (Metal Sector)

• Experience: Demonstrable previous track record in industrial workshop management, ideally in the metal sector.
• Technical knowledge: Solid foundation in manufacturing processes, mechanics, welding, and assembly of industrial equipment.
• Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential). Mastery of SolidWorks or other 3D CAD environments will be highly valued.
• Competencies: Leadership capacity, results orientation, organizational skills, and problem-solving.

• Education: A degree in Mechanical Engineering will be valued.

We are looking for a Workshop Manager for an important leading company in the manufacturing of industrial equipment located in Zaratamo.

The selected person will be responsible for leading and coordinating production in the workshop, ensuring quality standards, efficiency, and compliance with delivery deadlines.

• Team management: Supervision, organization, and leadership of the workshop's operational personnel.
• Production control: Planning, monitoring, and optimization of manufacturing processes.
• Internal coordination: Direct liaison with the company's engineering and production departments.
• Quality and Safety: Guaranteeing compliance with quality regulations and occupational risk prevention.
• Documentation: Preparation of technical documentation and user manuals.
