From our company, we are looking for a COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE profile with experience for an important company, located in BOADILLA DEL MONTE.
What you'll do
- Managing customer offers and internal processing of sales orders.
- Technical and commercial support to Customers.
- Establishing and maintaining telephone contact with customers.
- Preparing offers and their subsequent follow-up with customers.
- Managing technical and administrative documentation to be able to bid for public tenders.
- Must have a proactive attitude oriented towards Customer Service.
Requirements
- Minimum experience: at least 3 years in areas supporting the sales team, creating offers according to sales instructions, and sending and following up on them.
- Vocational Training (Intermediate Degree) or Higher Education
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365
- Advanced Excel skills
- Dynamic person with charisma and communication skills.
- Accustomed to working toward objectives
- Experience in teamwork
