Previous experience in sectors such as construction, gardening, livestock, cleaning, or field work is valued.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Initial 3-month contract + possibility of joining the staff.
Salary: €19,248.45 gross per year according to the collective agreement, including the advanced CPI increase.
Main location: Alcobendas.
Full-time in 8-hour shifts.
Two days off per week, working weekends according to the schedule.
Summer schedule (until August 31): shifts from 06:00 to 14:00 and from 09:00 to 18:00.
Winter schedule: shifts from 07:00 to 15:00 and from 10:00 to 19:00.

The role

Grupo Crit is looking for a Field Worker to work at a company located in Alcobendas.

Your mission will consist of performing maintenance, gardening, and improvement tasks in the facilities, as well as collaborating in the various burial and exhumation services, always maintaining a respectful and professional attitude towards the families and people in the area.

What you'll do

Maintenance and cleaning of lawns and landscaped areas.
Pruning and improvement of outdoor spaces.
Use of manual tools such as shovels, picks, and irrigation equipment.
Assistance in burial and earth burial work.
Work in vertical niches and columbariums.
Assistance in exhumation tasks.
Use of automated equipment and tools.
General maintenance, cleaning, and improvement of the facilities.
Respectful attention and treatment of families and users.
Possibility of occasionally collaborating in other centers or areas when necessary.
