Requirements

What we're looking for

A profile balanced between the technical side and human skills:

Education: Intermediate or Higher Degree in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or Mechatronics.
Experience: At least 2-3 years in dynamic industrial environments.
Solid knowledge in schematic interpretation, programmable logic controllers (PLC), motors, and frequency drives.

- Experience in the position or similar performing the described tasks for at least 2-3 years

- Residence in eastern Málaga, Coín, Alhaurín el Grande, Monda, Ojén, etc.

- Availability of own vehicle

- Flexible schedule

Full-time 40h weekly schedule with rotating breaks. 5 days are worked and 2 are rested in weekly rotations.

The role

At Grupo CRIT, a leading multinational in strategic talent and human resources management, we are looking for an industrial electromechanics technical professional.

What you'll do

Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and facilities.
Assembly and commissioning of new or refurbished machinery.
Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic interventions.
Use and interpretation of industrial automation and control programs (PLC, HMI, etc.).
Technical Leadership: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of production lines, anticipating the needs of the system.
Intelligent Diagnosis: Locate and resolve faults in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with agility and an analytical approach.
Continuous Optimization: Propose technical improvements that increase the safety and efficiency of processes.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Communicate assertively with production teams to minimize downtime, managing stress with emotional intelligence.
