In our hotel division The Fives, for its marketing company Bahía Azul, we are looking for a Commercial Administration and Business Control Manager to coordinate with our team in Mexico from Torrevieja.

We are looking for a person to ensure that commercial operations are recorded, invoiced, collected, and reconciled completely and reliably, providing Management with timely information for decision-making and strengthening cash generation and internal control.

• Oversee the complete commercial invoicing cycle, verifying the correct application of contractual conditions agreed with clients, tour operators, and other intermediaries.

• Coordinate and supervise the reconciliation processes of commercial and financial operations between PMS, ERP, CRM, and other management platforms.

• Manage and optimize the collections and debt recovery process by monitoring the client portfolio, advances, virtual credit cards (VCC), commercial deductions, claims, and credit notes.

• Supervise operational accounting derived from commercial activity, ensuring the correct recording of income and expenses, as well as other business-related operations.

• Supervise the execution of periodic accounting closings by reviewing bank reconciliations and account balances.

• Prepare, analyze, and validate economic and commercial management indicators to facilitate decision-making by Management.

• Implement and promote procedures, internal controls, and organizational improvements that increase operational efficiency, reduce incidents, and ensure the traceability of commercial and financial operations.

• Coordinate administrative and control activities transversally.

We are looking for a proactive person with results orientation and the ability to manage a team. Able to collaborate closely with both the team in Spain and the team in Mexico.

• Education in Business Administration and Management (TADE), Business Administration (ADE), or Tourism

• Minimum experience of at least 5 years in similar positions within the Hotel sector.

• Knowledge of SAP, CRM, HubSpot, NewHotel, or equivalent PMS systems.

• Negotiation, organizational, and strategic vision skills.

• Professional English proficiency.
