Requirements
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Commercial Manager or similar, managing teams.
- Profile with a strong "hunter" orientation and experience in market development.
- Experience in business development and acquiring new clients.
- Residence in the Basque Country.
- Availability for frequent travel (minimum 2 days per week).
- Driver's license.
Nice to have
- Experience in sectors related to materials, construction, distribution, or technical commercial environments is highly valued.

The role
At Marlex, we are collaborating with a major company in a full phase of commercial growth and expansion, which is looking to hire a Sales Manager to lead the Northern zone.
What you'll do
- Business development and opening in the Basque Country and Cantabria.
- Attracting new clients and generating business opportunities.
- Management and monitoring of the client portfolio.
- Leadership, support, and coordination of the commercial team.
- Definition and implementation of commercial strategies in the Northern region.
- Monitoring of objectives and reporting to management.
