Compensation Technician

Experience in positions related to payroll, Social Security, and compensation management

University degree in Labor Relations, Law, or Administration and Finance, or any other official degree that provides competencies linked to the required knowledge

Knowledge of SAP

Master's in Human Resources

B1 level of English or other languages

Knowledge of data protection matters

At Grupo DISA, we are expanding our team and incorporating 2 Compensation Technicians to join the Compensation, Data, and Labor Relations Area.

You will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution and control of procedures related to personnel administration, payroll, and compensation management, ensuring regulatory compliance and the correct application of internal procedures.

Additionally, you will provide specialized advisory services to our internal clients, contributing to efficient, rigorous management aligned with the company's objectives.

Personnel Administration and Payroll

✅ Manage personnel administration processes in accordance with internal procedures.

✅ Prepare and control payroll, settlements, advances, supplements, absenteeism, IRPF (income tax) regularizations, and transfers.

✅ Process contracts, registrations, terminations, and modifications with Social Security.

✅ Manage processes related to maternity, paternity, workplace accidents, and occupational diseases.

✅ Supervise vacations and incidents associated with time tracking.

Compensation, Data, and Reporting

✅ Manage and validate the information necessary for the calculation of variable data.

✅ Supervise corporate systems related to payroll and time management.

✅ Prepare periodic reports and indicators for internal clients.

✅ Analyze and monitor absenteeism indicators.

✅ Participate in the preparation of annual budgets. 

✅ Prepare information requested by the National Statistics Institute on a monthly basis.

 Compliance and Labor Management

✅ Manage documentation and procedures before official bodies.

✅ Report workplace accidents via the Delta System.

✅ Manage processes related to pension plans, social benefits, subrogations, and judicial withholdings.

✅ Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with established procedures.

✅ Ensure the correct application of security and data protection measures.

Internal Client Advisory

✅ Resolve inquiries and offer technical advice regarding labor and compensation matters.

✅ Analyze incidents and propose efficient solutions.

✅ Collaborate with different business areas by providing criteria and specialized knowledge.
