What we're looking for

To fit the role, you need experience in purchasing within the fashion sector, having previously worked for a brand in the sector and managed international suppliers. It is key to bring judgment and leadership capacity, combining strategic vision with operational execution.

We are looking for a profile with experience structuring teams or leading purchasing functions, with analytical capacity, product vision, and a process orientation. Experience working by categories/commodities, forecasting management, and transversal collaboration with logistics and operations is highly valued.

The ideal profile is organized, communicative, decisive, and with the capacity to make decisions in environments of growth and change, with a clear orientation toward continuous improvement.

A fashion sector company, with an international presence and in a full phase of growth and professionalization, is looking to hire a Purchasing Manager to lead and structure the area, accompanying the expansion of the business and the physical store network. If you have experience in purchasing within the fashion sector and are motivated to build and lead a department from a strategic perspective, APPLY!

What you'll do

Your responsibility will be to lead, structure, and professionalize the purchasing department, evolving towards a model specialized by categories/commodities. You will be the key figure defining the team organization, processes, and strategic decision-making, guaranteeing efficiency, control, and scalability.

Your mission will be to build a team of 3–4 buyers, where each one manages their category comprehensively (from planning to negotiation and supplier follow-up). Additionally, you will act as a transversal figure for product support and analysis, providing criteria, prioritization, and a global vision to the different categories.

You will work closely with Operations, Logistics, and Finance, ensuring correct planning, product availability, and deadline compliance, managing international suppliers and establishing clear KPIs, processes, and standards for the area.
