Requirements

What we're looking for

-Education

Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE)

-Experience

At least 3 years of experience in indirect procurement, category management, or Strategic Sourcing.

-Technical knowledge

Proficiency in e-Sourcing and P2P platforms (Market Dojo, SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, or similar).

Experience in SAP or Oracle ERP environments.

Knowledge of Excel

Knowledge of spend analysis and total cost of ownership (TCO).

-Languages

English level C1 is essential.

The role

We are looking for a professional with experience in Indirect Procurement and Strategic Sourcing for a major multinational company leading the retail and home improvement sector, located in the Alcobendas area.

To contribute to generating a positive impact on the company through spend analysis, category optimization, and the identification of improvement opportunities. The position will provide support to strategic sourcing projects, collaborate with Category Managers, and work alongside various business areas to drive value, efficiency, and alternatives that respond to the organization's needs.

What you'll do

Analyze spend by category, family, nature of service, and supplier.
Provide support in Strategic Sourcing projects.
Support Category Managers in category management.
Identify improvement levers that provide alternatives and solution improvements for the different areas of the company.
Drive value generation through spend analysis.
Manage tendering processes and electronic auctions using e-Sourcing tools.
Participate in the negotiation and drafting of master service agreements (MSA).
Define SLAs and risk matrices in the procurement of services and supplies.
Lead complex negotiations with top-tier suppliers.
Build total cost of ownership (TCO) scenarios and identify sustainable savings opportunities.
Collaborate transversally with managers and directors from different operational areas.
Drive improvement, digitalization, and innovation projects within the procurement area.
