What are the job requirements?

• Experience in a similar position (minimum 1 year as an Assistant Housekeeper in a hotel of similar category).
• User level in office automation.

• Knowledge of English or German is preferable.

Gross annual salary between €32,425.00 and €37,055.00, depending on professional experience provided, training, performance, and productivity.

At Garden Hotel Group, we are looking for an Assistant Housekeeper to join our Housekeeping team at Hotel HYB Eurocalas. Your mission will be to ensure the correct functioning of the housekeeping department's management system. Ensure the cleanliness and good image of the hotel in order to meet brand standards and customer satisfaction.

What will their functions be?

• Plan daily tasks for the staff under your charge; distribution based on ranks and occupancy. Deliver cleaning instructions, ensuring that the workload is distributed uniformly among the different ranks, thereby guaranteeing a good working environment.
• Supervise the final cleaning of rooms and common areas of the hotel before giving approval.
• Record incidents or breakdowns detected through the corresponding tool.
• Check laundry delivery notes and review the linen trolleys received and delivered.
• Inspect and support the housekeeping department in the cleaning of the hotel.
• Perform product inventories.
• Place orders for materials necessary for day-to-day use.
• Assist in the training of new hires in the Housekeeping department.
• Supervise and control lost property.
• Laundry service. Guest garments.
• Excellence in customer service. Ensure compliance with quality standards in procedures and in the presentation of the hotel.
