What you'll do

-Inspection and Quality Control: Exhaustively audit the cleaning and ambiance of rooms, VIP suites, and common areas under the highest luxury standards.

-Staff Management: Organize shifts, assign workloads, and train the housekeeping team in protocol, discretion, and customer service.

-Inventory and Budget: Manage the stock and condition of linen (sheets/towels), amenities, machinery, and cleaning products.

-Guest Relations: Manage special requests (pillow menu, allergies), handle complaints, and manage lost property.

-Interdepartmental Coordination: Communicate room status to Reception in real time, report breakdowns to Maintenance, and coordinate the Laundry service.
