We are looking for a Cook for our 4* hotel in Layos, Toledo.

• Placement and organization of materials.
• Menu control: portions, mise en place, cleaning of the different kitchen elements and work areas.
• Checking and noting the points needed for the next service.
• Cleaning, tidying, and checking the work areas used.
• Separation and recycling of waste as appropriate.
• Compliance with the environmental policy

• 1-2 years of experience, preferably in 4* and 5* hotels.
• Hospitality training is valued.
• Intermediate English level valued.

Buscamos un/a Cocinero/a para nuestro Hotel 4* en Layos, Toledo.

• Colocación y ordenación del material.
• Control de la carta: porciones, mise en place, limpieza de los diferentes elementos de cocina y las zonas de trabajo.
• Comprobación y anotación de los puntos necesarios para el próximo servicio.
• Limpieza, orden y chequeo de las zonas de trabajo utilizadas.
• Separación y reciclaje de residuos cuando corresponda.
• Cumplimiento de la política ambiental

• Experiencia de 1-2 años en preferiblemente en hoteles de 4 y 5*.
• Valorable formación en Hostelería.
• Valorable nivel intermedio de inglés.
