The role

What you'll do

Prepare and cook food following established recipes, quality standards, and food safety standards.
Manage the kitchen team to ensure compliance with production times and dish delivery.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment, respecting hygiene and food handling regulations.
Collaborate with the team to design innovative menus that attract and satisfy our customers.
Properly manage kitchen inventories, placing orders and supervising the storage of raw materials.
Participate in continuous training to improve culinary techniques and adapt to new trends in gastronomy.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education: Secondary Education (ESO).
Demonstrable experience of 2 years as a cook or in a similar role.
Deep knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and food preparation.
Residency in the province of the vacancy.
