The role

What you'll do

Support in order management
Perform purchase requests, order tracking, and coordination with suppliers to ensure deliveries are made on time and in the correct manner.
Inventory control and updating
Review stock levels, record entries and exits, and help avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
Supplier research and comparison
Research new suppliers, request quotes, and prepare comparisons of prices and conditions.
Administrative support to the department
Filing documentation, invoice management, updating databases, and support in general administrative tasks.
Coordination with other departments
Collaborate with kitchen, maintenance, housekeeping, or other teams to cover their supply needs.
