What we're looking for

Solid Training: Vocational Training (Intermediate or Higher Degree) in Facilities Maintenance, Electricity, or Mechatronics.
Multidisciplinary Knowledge: Real and demonstrable experience in Electricity (LV), Plumbing, HVAC, and building control systems.
Sector Experience: Previous track record in high-turnover and demanding environments such as hotels, student residences, hospitals, or Grade A office buildings.
Analytical Capacity: A problem-solving profile with the ability to interpret single-line diagrams and technical plans.
Proactive Attitude: Someone who anticipates failure and proposes improvements for building efficiency.

The role

We are looking for a versatile profile but with a solid technical base. Your mission will be the comprehensive management of the building's infrastructure. We are not looking for an operator who only provides quick fixes, but a technician with diagnostic capacity who understands how the electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems of a large residential complex interact.

What you'll do

Preventive Technical Maintenance: Execution of maintenance ranges in electrical panels, pressure groups, HVAC systems, and fire protection equipment (FPE).
Diagnosis and Repair (Corrective): Locating complex faults in common and private resident facilities, offering definitive solutions.
Infrastructure Management: Control of energy consumption, inspection of machine rooms, and supervision of LED lighting systems and basic home automation.
Building Maintenance: Technical repairs in plumbing, low-voltage electricity, and high-quality finishes that maintain the ALMA Corp. standard.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all facilities comply with current health and safety standards.
