What challenges await you?

Support to the Maitre:

• Assist the Maitre in their duties and assume additional responsibilities in their absence.

• Participate in the training of service staff, ensuring they understand the hotel's procedures and standards.

• Collaborate with the Maitre to coordinate service and guarantee an efficient dining experience.

• Interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and obtain feedback regarding their experience.

• Help in the resolution of problems and conflicts that may arise during service.

• Collaborate with staff to guarantee effective solutions.

• Collaborate in personnel management, assigning tasks according to needs and maintaining high levels of motivation and professionalism.
