International Land Transport Operator

At Moldtrans, we are looking to hire two people for the position of international land traffic operative for our Montornés delegation.

• Manage international land transport import and export operations, ensuring correct documentation and coordination with correspondents.
• Plan and manage international routes in different European markets, with a special focus on Central and Eastern Europe, the Baltic countries, the Balkans, and the Nordic countries.
• Coordinate the arrival of trucks at the Cross Dock, as well as the management of groupage and loading and unloading lists.
• Monitor operations using Track & Trace tools, ensuring compliance with collection and delivery deadlines.
• Maintain contact and coordination with clients, correspondents, carriers, and suppliers.
• Detect, manage, and resolve any incidents that may arise during transport.

En Moldtrans buscamos incorporar a dos personas para el puesto de operativo/a de tráfico terrestre Internacional para nuestra delegación de Montornés.

• Gestionar operaciones de importación y exportación de transporte terrestre internacional, asegurando la correcta documentación y coordinación con corresponsales.
• Planificar y gestionar rutas internacionales en diferentes mercados europeos, con especial foco en Europa Central y del Este, países bálticos, Balcanes y países nórdicos.
• Coordinar la llegada de camiones al Cross Dock, así como la gestión de grupajes y listas de carga y descarga.
• Realizar el seguimiento de las operaciones mediante herramientas de Track & Trace, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos de recogida y entrega.
• Mantener contacto y coordinación con clientes, corresponsales, transportistas y proveedores.
• Detectar, gestionar y resolver las incidencias que puedan surgir durante el transporte.
