We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Sea & Air Freight Forwarding professional for our office in Coslada, with a future move to Torrejón.

What you'll do

Providing attention and advice for commercial inquiries via web, email, and phone.
Preparing quotes and following up on business opportunities.
Conducting commercial visits via video conference and, when appropriate, in person.
Managing and following up on commercial claims.
Supporting the management of unpaid invoices in coordination with the administrative department.
Updating information in the CRM and reporting activity to the supervisor.
Preparing rates and quotes for air and sea freight services.
Coordinating with operational departments and international agents.
Monitoring the service and the specific requirements of each mode.
Developing and retaining clients with air or sea import/export needs.
