• Customer Follow-up and Service: Maintain continuous contact with customers to inform them about the status of their orders and resolve any inquiries or incidents.
• Shipment Management: Efficiently coordinate and manage the shipment of goods in the assigned area, ensuring the punctuality and integrity of the products.
• Incident Resolution: Manage and provide solutions to customer complaints in an agile and effective manner, maintaining high standards of satisfaction.
• Order Administration: Process all administrative documentation related to orders, including the generation of loading orders, proformas, packing lists, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with the planning and warehouse departments to optimize the organization and execution of shipments.
• Invoicing: Prepare and issue the invoices corresponding to the sales made to customers.
• Document Management: Classify, register, and archive all relevant communication and documentation in our system, creating a reliable and accessible history for each customer.
• International Logistics: Perform the necessary administrative tasks for the international transit and transport of goods between different countries and modes of transport. This includes the exhaustive verification and control of the required documentation, ensuring compliance with current regulations and contractual specifications.
• Communication: Maintain fluid and professional communication, both in Spanish and in a foreign language (English or another language relevant to our business will be positively valued), with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
