Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as an L3 specialist technician.
Advanced experience in Microsoft Intune and Windows 11 administration.
Knowledge of scripting with PowerShell and VBScript.
Experience in software validation, testing, and packaging.
Management of GPO policies and hardware validation.
Experience in large-scale corporate platforms.

Nice to have

Microsoft SCCM / Configuration Manager.
Windows 10 and 11: task sequences, applications, and updates.
Azure Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
Android, iOS, and macOS.
NDES / Cloud PKI and Citrix environments.
ServiceNow, ITIL methodologies, and working in project teams.
Technical certifications: valued, but not mandatory.
Availability for immediate start.

The role

At Grupo NS we are looking for a Senior Technician L3 specialized in workstation management and end-user infrastructure, with at least 5 years of experience in corporate environments. Availability for immediate start is highly valued.

The selected person will technically lead the design, testing, and deployment of new Workplace environments, as well as the improvement of device management platforms and solutions, working with autonomy and minimal supervision.

What you'll do

Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment, software, and network devices.
Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to hardware, software, and connectivity.
Provide support to internal users, guaranteeing professional and efficient service.
Collaborate in systems administration, corporate tools, and network environments.
Manage requests and incidents through ServiceNow.
Participate in the deployment, monitoring, and device management through Microsoft Intune.
Ensure compliance with IT standards and procedures.
Modality: 100% remote
Languages: Spanish and English level B1
