• Hold a degree in Engineering, Architecture or Bachelor's + Official Master's in the branch of Engineering and Architecture (MECES level 3); or Technical Engineering, Technical Architecture or Bachelor's in the branch of Engineering and Architecture (MECES level 2) (degree officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).
• Driving license B (valid in Spain and in force).
• From 6 months to 5 years of experience in projects and works for installations and/or infrastructure in the building, industrial or civil sector. (Experience with an employment contract).
• From 6 months to 5 years of experience in the preparation of public procurement files. (Experience with an employment contract).
• From 6 months to 5 years of experience in /for public companies/organizations. (Experience with an employment contract).

• Training in IT budgeting tools.
• Availability to travel.
• Medium or advanced proficiency in tools for budgeting and construction monitoring. (This will be verified during technical assessment).
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data series). (This will be verified during technical assessment).

Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specializing in works related to rural development and nature conservation, is looking to hire 1 Engineer, Architect, Technical Engineer or Technical Architect to provide support in the maintenance of infrastructure in the Community of Madrid.

• Technical support to the Units responsible for project execution.
• Review and preparation of budgets.
• Monitoring and site visits.
• Establishment of project drafting criteria together with external collaborators.
• Technical verification of the solutions proposed in the projects.
• Preparation of technical reports and construction monitoring reports.

• We offer:
  
  - Fixed-term contract of approximately 2 months, with the option of extension if appropriate and respecting the maximum duration limits established in the current labor legislation for each contractual modality. The type and duration of the contract will depend on the reason for hiring, the project, and the circumstances of the selected person/s.
  
  The hiring will be formalized according to the highest official degree accredited and recognized provided by the selected person from those indicated in the offer.
  
  - Full-time.
