We are looking to bring on board an IT Infrastructure and Operations Technician to join the IT Infrastructures and Operations Department at Redeia Corporación.
What you'll do
- Collaborate in the design, definition, and maintenance of a technical architecture for Redeia's IT infrastructures that provides business units with an integrated, high-quality, secure, and efficient service.
- Manage, coordinate, and support the production rollout and operation of the IT technological solutions to be implemented within the digital workplace scope, in accordance with the established quality, efficiency, and reliability levels.
- Coordinate the implementation of technical security measures in the technology field, proposing improvements for consideration.
- Organize the development of technology project plans and technology renewal, as well as participate in cybersecurity plans within their area of responsibility.
- Administration, operation, and improvement of the IT infrastructures associated with Redeia's digital workplace.
- Coordination and resolution of complex incidents.
- Define and coordinate the testing and execution activities necessary to implement infrastructures and the digital workplace.
- Manage the processes for contracting new services and projects within the department, as well as carry out contract follow-up.
- Manage relationships with suppliers regarding infrastructure services within their scope of responsibility.
Requirements
University technological studies or equivalent training (Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent).
+5 years of solid experience in IT systems administration within the digital workplace scope:
- Advanced administration, platform securing, and evolution of the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, licenses, roles, mailboxes, groups, and permissions.
- Management and administration of hybrid environments (Exchange, hybrid identity, and synchronization).
- Administration of Microsoft Intune / SCCM including Autopilot, compliance policies, configuration profiles, applications, reporting, and lifecycle management of Windows, iOS, and Android devices, base configurations, and device security.
Knowledge and experience in:
- Administration of Microsoft Entra ID, definition of conditional access policies, MFA, PIM administration, groups, roles, and corporate applications.
- Administration and governance of corporate AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot and other authorized AI tools). Definition of usage and security policies. License management and adoption. Identification of user productivity use cases.
- Leadership and implementation of Digital Employee Experience (DEX) tools. Analysis of real user experience based on telemetry, proactively identifying incidents and service degradations. Design of automatic remediation and automation.
- Automation and scripting with PowerShell
- Capacity for diagnosis, coordination, and leadership in the resolution of complex problems (performance, connectivity, application and system errors).
- Coordination of cross-functional projects with the different infrastructure, cybersecurity, and applications groups.
- Knowledge and interest in cybersecurity.
Certifications in the administration and operation of systems within the digital workplace scope will be valued, such as for example:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102).
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102).
- Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300).
- Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700).
- Certifications related to Digital Employee Experience (DEX), workplace analytics, or automation.
