Requirements
What we're looking for
Experience: Minimum 3 years as a construction site manager for building renovation and repair of public works.
Education: Degree in building engineering, Technical Architecture.
IT skills: Presto, Autocad, Revit, and construction management tools.
- The position requires travel, so having your own vehicle is essential.
- Knowledge of construction regulations, accessibility, health and safety, energy efficiency, and sustainability in building, as well as the Technical Building Code (CTE) and other regulations applicable to renovation and conservation projects.
- Organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to work in a team.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of BIM (Revit or similar) will be valued.
- Experience in projects for public bodies or public building maintenance and conservation contracts will be valued.
