We are looking to add to the COSFESA team, a railway company within the group, a Site Manager, with specific experience in railway track for a project in Castejón.
The ideal candidate will be a Civil Engineer, or equivalent, with at least 3 years of demonstrable experience in the execution and management of railway construction works.
What you'll do
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan the execution of railway construction works, coordinating human, material, and equipment resources.
- Supervise the correct execution of projects in accordance with drawings, specifications, and technical regulations.
- Control performance, costs, and deadlines, ensuring compliance with established objectives.
- Direct and coordinate the technical and operational staff assigned to the project.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers involved in the execution.
- Prepare measurements, certifications, and technical follow-up documentation.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and environmental requirements.
- Maintain communication with the client, the technical management, and the relevant railway authorities.
- Report periodically to the Group Manager or Production Management on the progress of the works.

REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Civil Engineering, Roads, Canals, and Ports Engineering, or equivalent.
