What we're looking for
- Ability to work independently and autonomously, and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection protocols, products, and machinery.
- Previous and continuous experience in cleaning jobs.
- Ability to detect light and/or sound signals.
- Ability to walk through the center's facilities, and go up and down stairs without difficulty.
- Seriousness and professional conduct.
- Availability for immediate incorporation.
Nice to have
- Residing near the workplace or having good public/private transport connections is valued.
The role
What you'll do
What work will you do? An office cleaning operator is required for offices located in LAS ROZAS DE MADRID
- Cleaning and disinfection of common areas, reception, workstations, offices and meeting rooms, furniture, toilets, dining room and kitchenette.
- Daily cleaning of floors, outdoor areas within the premises and garage.
- Cleaning of doors, walls, skirting boards, ceilings, lamps, light fixtures and interior surfaces.
- Cleaning of air conditioning units, heating, ventilation and air conditioning grilles.
How you'll work
What will your contract be?: Initial ONE-YEAR TEMPORARY contract with the possibility of transformation to permanent based on the person's performance. What will your schedule be?:
- 1 position: Monday to Friday from 17:00 to 21:00 with flexibility according to service needs.
- 1 position: Monday to Friday from 13:30 to 17:30 with flexibility according to service needs.
- 1 position: Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 21:00 with flexibility according to service needs.
What will your working day be?: 1 position: 20 hours/week working day. 1 position: 20 hours/week working day. 1 position: 30 hours/week working day. What will your salary be?: According to the Special Employment Center collective agreement When do you start?: Immediately Where?: Las Rozas, Madrid.
