The role
What you'll do
At Grupo Planeta we are looking for a Performance Technician for VIU within our Planeta Formación y Universidades.
Under the supervision of the processes and performance manager, you will ensure the implementation and monitoring of a performance development plan for the sales team with the objective of achieving a high-performance team.
Likewise, you will collaborate in the definition and updating of the sales process protocol.
What will your day-to-day look like?
• Detect individual and group training needs within the sales team.
• Based on the detected needs, you will ensure the implementation of the training strategy and perform the necessary follow-ups to implement it.
• Accompany team leaders in the development of sales team members.
• Implement and monitor the projects proposed in the forecast, as well as propose new strategic projects.
• Analyze the performance of sales team members, detecting training needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate in the implementation of the projects defined in the annual strategic plan.
• Likewise, work in coordination with other areas to improve the sales process and the experience of potential students.
• Collaborate in the onboarding process to ensure correct training on tools for new sales team members.
