At Grupo Planeta, we are looking for Student Support Agents for our team, responsible for the comprehensive management of academic internships, as well as coordination with students and collaborating centers to guarantee a quality training experience.

You will be part of ACTIVA, the service unit of Grupo Planeta, specializing in the outsourcing of business processes with a specific focus on the relationship with clients and students.

Job Mission

To guarantee efficient, proactive, and student-oriented management throughout the entire academic internship process, ensuring correct coordination with collaborating companies and institutions, offering agile and quality solutions, and contributing to a satisfactory training experience that adds value to both the student and the organization.

• You will manage and process student internship applications, ensuring compliance with academic and administrative requirements.

• You will perform active searching and recruitment of new collaborating centers where students can carry out their internships efficiently and in alignment with their training program.

• You will negotiate and formalize collaboration agreements with companies and institutions.

• You will update and maintain the information for each call (available places, requirements, documentation, and conditions).

• You will perform administrative follow-up of signed agreements and guarantee their correct execution.

• You will attend to and resolve student inquiries throughout the entire process, from the application to the completion of the internship.

• You will coordinate with collaborating centers to ensure the correct development of internships and resolve possible incidents.

• You will work with internal tools and management systems to register and keep all relevant information up to date.
