Private Security Services Inspector

• Security Manager TIP (License).
• Valuable experience in team management in this position or similar (coordination, supervision, or operational control functions)
• Solid knowledge of Private Security regulations

• Driving license B

• Good presence and communication skills (to deal with clients, guards, and security forces if necessary)

At Grupo SECOEX, we are looking for a PRIVATE SECURITY INSPECTOR for the Operations department in the Madrid delegation: Location: C/ Ramón y Cajal, 18 nave 12, 28914 Leganés (Madrid) 🛡️ Main Functions:

1. Supervise and control service compliance
   • Verify that security guards comply with operational instructions, the security plan, and the protocols established in the service contract.
   • Check that shifts, uniforms, documentation, and equipment are appropriate.
2. Support the work of the guards and resolve incidents
   • Provide immediate assistance in the face of any operational incident or urgent need in the service.
   • Provisionally substitute a guard if necessary, in cases of absence or urgency.
3. Ensure compliance with legal regulations
   • Ensure that the service is provided in accordance with what is established in the Private Security Law and other applicable provisions.
   • Report any irregularity observed in the development of the service.
4. Prepare service and incident reports
   • Draft daily inspection reports, incident records, or special reports for the company or the client.
   • Document possible failures, improvements, or suggestions in operations.
5. Coordination with the Head of Security
   • Report any anomaly to the Head of Security and follow their guidelines.
   • Propose improvements to procedures or to the organization of the service.
6. Training and operational reinforcement
   • Orient and advise newly hired security personnel.
   • Promote compliance with internal rules and action protocols.
