About the role
At RDT we continue to expand our team, and we are currently looking for several Site Managers for different areas of Spain: Vitoria, Zaragoza, Valladolid, and Madrid.
To direct, plan, organize, and control the construction work in all its phases, ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently, in compliance with technical regulations, safely, and productively, while meeting economic objectives and addressing client needs.
What you'll do
Ensure the execution of the construction work according to the budget, quality standards, schedule, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage and analyze the technical and economic optimization of the construction work.
Direct and manage the teams under your responsibility, including both in-house staff and subcontractors.
Requirements
Academic qualifications: Technical Architecture / Higher Architecture, ICCP, ITOP, or similar.
