We are looking for a person with solid experience in workshop management, leadership capacity, and customer orientation, who wants to assume a key role in team coordination and in continuous activity improvement.

What you'll do

 What will you do?

• You will lead the integral management of the workshop, coordinating a team of approximately 16 professionals (skilled tradespeople, specialist technicians, and apprentices).

• You will organize shift planning and daily operations, including the 24h assistance service.

• You will supervise the quality of repairs, ensuring compliance with the brand's technical standards.

• You will manage customer relationships, handling incidents and claims with a close and resolute approach.

• You will monitor the main business indicators: productivity, efficiency, occupancy, and customer satisfaction.

• You will identify the team's training needs and promote their technical and professional development.

• You will coordinate with the Aftersales Management to ensure the fulfillment of objectives and alignment with the business plan.

• You will drive improvements in processes, organization, and workshop results.

• You will act as a technical and leadership benchmark, facilitating the transmission of knowledge within the team.
