• From 6 months To 4 years of experience in the administrative management of subsidies for the improvement of energy efficiency in buildings.
• From 6 months To 4 years of experience in work for the public administration in the last 5 years.
• From 6 months To 4 years of experience in the drafting of rehabilitation projects for the improvement of energy efficiency in buildings.
• From 6 months To 4 years of experience in the preparation of Energy Efficiency Certificates in the last 5 years.
• From 6 months To 4 years of experience in the drafting of building evaluation reports.
• From 6 months To 4 years of experience in the use of the REHABILITA IT tool.
• From 6 months To 4 years of experience in the drafting of rehabilitation projects.

• Possession of an Architecture degree (MECES level 3) or Degree in Architecture (MECES level 3) or Degree + Official Master's in Architecture (degree officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in performing engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to hire 2 Architect - Review of European Aid files (Cádiz) in Cádiz. • Support for the quality management of European Aid files.
• Support in the planning and programming of actions.
• Support in the management of the administrative procedures necessary for the implementation of the different measures defined in the various programs.
• Support in the design and management of systems for the receipt and management of inquiries related to the execution of the actions.
• Support in the definition of a governance model to ensure coordination between the different agents involved in the execution of the various programs, in addition to the definition of standardized procedures.
• Support for the preparation of meetings with the different agents involved in the execution.
• Support in the monitoring of the planning and the proposal of monitoring indicators for the different actions.
• Support in the monitoring and updating of indicators associated with the different actions.
• Support in document management and information updating to meet internal reporting requirements: preparation of project monitoring reports, analysis of indicators, risk management, etc.
• Support in the drafting of documents necessary for the processing and management of these procedures.
• Use of the applications necessary for the development of the tasks subject to the assignment.

• We offer:
  - Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 8 months, renewable, associated with the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience plan or with funding coming from European Union Funds.
  - Full-time.
