What we're looking for

Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be justified through the performance of assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. You possess a Degree in Building Engineering or a Degree in Building or Technical Architecture (MECES level 2) (degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)
Valid type B driver's license
From 1 year to 3 years of experience as a Building Site Technician and/or civil works with an employment contract (this will be verified during the technical assessment)

Nice to have

Training in Presto and/or AutoCAD
Proficiency in Presto (this will be verified during the technical assessment)
Proficiency in AutoCAD (this will be verified during the technical assessment)

Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, is looking to hire 1 Technical Architect or Building Engineering Graduate in San Fernando de Henares.

What you'll do

Study and analysis of the executive project
Planning and scheduling of works
Executive and economic control of the works
Measurement and valuation of executed work for the purposes of work certification
Measurements and budgets for conflicting prices of items arising on-site, including the preparation of unit, auxiliary, broken-down, and complex prices.
Checking/validation of subcontractor certifications

We offer:

- Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 12 months.
- Full-time.
