What we're looking for

Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be justified through the performance of assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. Hold an Engineering degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering + Official Master's in Engineering, or Architecture or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Bachelor's degree + Official Master's in Architecture (MECES level 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).
Training in BIM for construction works and projects.
Official English Certificate, Minimum Level B1
At least 6 months of experience under an employment contract in the application of BIM technology in construction works and/or projects.
Driving license B (valid in Spain and in force).
Availability to travel throughout Spain.

Nice to have

Training in hydraulic elements and networks.
Training in GIS and/or REVIT for projects and/or works.
ISO 19650 training.
From 7 months up to 2 years of experience under an employment contract in the application of BIM technology in construction works and/or projects.

Engineer or Architect - BIM Methodology (Madrid)

Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specializing in works related to rural development and nature conservation, is looking to hire 1 Engineer or Architect to provide support in the application of the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology in the Community of Madrid.

What you'll do

Collaboration in the definition of structured and interoperable data.
Development of common and collaborative digital spaces.
Review of production, approval, and exchange procedures.
Collaboration in the traceability of documents and decisions on-site.
Consultation, analysis, and reuse of data extracted from Irrigation works.

How you'll work

Tragsa Madrid Headquarters
We offer:

- Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 12 months in total, if applicable.
- Full-time.
