• Valid Type B driver's license in Spain.
• From 1 day to 1 year of experience in the required qualification with an employment contract (contribution group 1 and/or 2) and/or academic experience.
• From 1 day to 2 years of experience in the required qualification in the public sector with an employment contract (contribution group 1 and/or 2) and/or academic experience.

• Complementary training and/or previous experience in using applications such as the following: AutoCAD, Revit, PRESTO, Ce3X.
• Knowledge of Valencian and/or Catalan with a minimum level of C1 or higher (the level will be verified during the selection process).

• Possession of an official university degree in Technical Architecture or a Degree in Building Engineering or Technical Architecture (MECES Level 2) (degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).
• Possession of Basic Level Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training in Construction of 50 or 60h (this may also be accredited through the PRL training indicated by the National Construction Agreement).

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in performing engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to hire 1 Technical Architect to provide support in the preparation of projects and supervision for the rehabilitation of damages caused by the DANA in Paterna (València/Valencia).

• Support in the drafting and review of projects and valued reports.
• Preparation of reports, minutes, and other documentation in the supervision of a construction site.
• Assistance to site management and health and safety coordination in the supervision of a construction site.
• Reviews of measurements and certifications in the supervision of a construction site.

• We offer:
  - Fixed-term contract of approximately 9 months, with the option of extension if appropriate and respecting the maximum duration limits established in current labor legislation for each contractual modality. The type and duration of the contract will depend on the reason for hiring, the project, and the circumstances of the selected person(s).
  - Full-time schedule of 37.5h/week.
