At Nunsys Group, we are looking to hire a Datacenter Technician to join the Cloud team and participate in the operation and evolution of our Data Center in Paterna.

What you'll do

You will have an operational and technical role with a focus on infrastructure:

Patching management for cabling (copper and fiber)
Execution of remote tasks for clients
On-site technical support and interventions in the Data Center
Support in communications incidents and ticket tracking
Administration of tools such as PRTG, DCIM, or similar (Zabbix, etc.)
Continuous supervision of the infrastructure to anticipate incidents
Control and updating of the technical inventory
Maintenance of Data Center documentation
Organization of interventions in the room
Coordination with providers, external technicians, and subcontractors
Tracking and validation of executed works

How you'll work

Location: Data Center in Paterna (Valencia)
Work mode: on-site.
Schedule: September to May: Mon-Thu 8:00-17:00, Fri 8:00-15:00. June to August: Mon-Fri 8:00-15:00.
Occasional interventions outside of hours if necessary
