What we're looking for

Vocational Training (FP II) or Higher Degree in Vocational Training (CFGS) in the administrative branch (degree officially recognized in Spain) or experience (via employment contract, academic, or both) as an administrative assistant with 12 months of experience.
From 6 months to 1 year of experience in work and/or academic experience in administrative tasks in Public Sector organizations and/or companies
From 1 year to 2 years of experience in work and/or academic experience in administrative positions managing the incoming and outgoing documentation
From 6 months to 1 year of experience in work and/or academic experience in companies and/or organizations related to the hydrological and/or environmental sector

Nice to have

Training of at least 2000h in the administrative branch

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in performing engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to hire 1 2nd Class Administrative Assistant - Hydrographic field support in Valencia

What you'll do

Process fees and levies
Control and monitoring of the status of notifications and requirements issued by the service
Draft internal communication official letters, requirements, reiterations of requirements, and withdrawals
Digitize and archive documentation held within the service
Consult and use computer applications specific to the Júcar Hydrographic Confederation: Tasas, Licentus, Terceros, Almacen CHJ, and Scriptum.
Other functions linked to administrative tasks.

How you'll work

València/Valencia
Address: Parque Tecnológico or in the Polígono Industrial L´Andana in Paterna (Valencia)

OFFERED:
A fixed-term contract of approximately 9 months is offered, with the option of extension if appropriate and respecting the maximum duration limits established in the current labor legislation for each contractual modality. The type and duration of the contract will depend on the reason for hiring, the project, and the circumstances of the selected person.

- Full-time: 37.5h per week
