🤝 What will your day-to-day look like if you join the Production team?

• Coordinate and supervise planned production during your shift, addressing any operational issues that may arise.

• Ensure production lines operate correctly, making necessary adjustments to parts or parameters to optimize performance.

• Inspect the proper functioning of the production area and adjust parts or parameters of the lines for optimal performance.

• Repair and adjust machines in case of breakdowns or anomalies, collaborating with technical support on maintenance and complex failures.

• Analyze and record data related to failures or breakdowns to identify the root cause and prevent recurrence.

• Ensure the availability and proper consumption of raw materials and other resources in the area.

• Plan and coordinate the human and material resources needed to meet assigned production targets.

• Coordinate, advise, and support the team of operators to ensure efficient and proper machine use.

• Train and instruct operators on equipment operation, monitoring their progress and competencies.

• Identify and propose continuous improvement actions aimed at optimizing processes, resources, and results.

• Develop action plans to improve the efficiency of the area.

• Monday to Friday schedule with rotating weekly shifts: night, evening, and morning.

• Education: Advanced Vocational Training (CFGS) in Mechatronics, Mechanics, or related fields.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food, cosmetics, perfume, or related industries.

• Knowledge or experience with SAP ERP, MES Layer, and People Management.
