What you'll do

🤝 What will your day-to-day look like if you join the R&D team?

  • Identify opportunities for new products and improvements, assessing their feasibility and strategic alignment.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute R&D projects in collaboration with internal teams and external entities.

  • Identify, develop, and incorporate new technologies and materials through continuous technology scouting.

  • Manage relationships and agreements with suppliers and strategic partners to drive innovation.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and represent the company before R&D-related organizations and institutions.

🎯What do we need from you?

  • Higher education degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field; a PhD or Master's degree in R&D or related areas will be positively valued.

  • Consolidated experience (8-10 years) in R&D environments, with at least 3-5 years leading teams and innovation projects, preferably in the cosmetics industry (experience in a Mercadona-like environment is highly valued).
