From NORTEMPO, we are looking for a leading company in the design, manufacturing, engineering, and assembly of steel structures for a PROJECT MANAGER / SITE MANAGER, to join in Camarma de Esteruelas (Madrid).

This is a key position within the organization, with overall responsibility for managing steel structure projects, involving travel to sites nationwide, mainly.

What you'll do

  • Commercial management of the contract and direct relationship with the client.

  • Negotiation of modifications, scope extensions, and disputed prices.

  • Technical management of the project, in coordination with the engineering department, seeking to optimize solutions and construction processes.

  • Planning and coordination of on-site work, managing in-house resources and subcontractors (site supervisors, cranes, assemblers, etc.).
