From NORTEMPO, we are looking for a leading company in the design, manufacturing, engineering, and assembly of steel structures for a PROJECT MANAGER / SITE MANAGER, to join in Camarma de Esteruelas (Madrid).
This is a key position within the organization, with overall responsibility for managing steel structure projects, involving travel to sites nationwide, mainly.
Commercial management of the contract and direct relationship with the client.
Negotiation of modifications, scope extensions, and disputed prices.
Technical management of the project, in coordination with the engineering department, seeking to optimize solutions and construction processes.
Planning and coordination of on-site work, managing in-house resources and subcontractors (site supervisors, cranes, assemblers, etc.).
Operational supervision and leadership of the project, with a site supervisor as direct support on each site.
Ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
Preparation of certifications, financial monitoring, and final project closure.
Frequency: variable depending on the project. Generally weekly site visits or client meetings.
Stay: unless the client requires continuous presence, you will return home daily when distance and schedule allow.
Location: practically all projects are carried out within the national territory.
Expenses: travel, meals, and accommodation expenses are covered, or a per diem is provided according to company policy.
