Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in site management and/or as a site manager in the field of non-residential building.
- Degree in Civil Engineering (Ingeniero/a de Caminos, Canales y Puertos), Architecture, or Engineering Degree with a Master's degree qualifying for the practice of this regulated profession as established by EU Directives.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficiency in tools such as Presto and AutoCAD.
- Type B driving licence.
- Availability to work in Alcalá de Henares.
- Communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

The role
We are looking to hire a Unit Manager to carry out the planning, execution, and commissioning of the Technical Assistance services for the construction works of an intercity bus station in Alcalá de Henares.
What you'll do
- Planning, execution, and commissioning of technical assistance services.
- Monitoring the correct development of the work executed within the construction site.
- Supervision and control of the works.
- Preparation of reports and certifications.
- Carrying out the economic and temporal monitoring of the works, as well as monitoring the quality and environmental control of the same.
- Control and monitoring of the civil works, electrical equipment, automation, and all necessary installation services.
