Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Training in Technical Architecture, Building, ITOP, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
  • Experience in the execution, management, and technical assistance of building and infrastructure works in a railway environment.
  • Knowledge of PRESTO and AutoCAD (intermediate level).
  • Residency in Soria.
  • Availability of a Category B driver's license.
  • Proactive attitude and desire to learn and grow within the company.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of BIM will be positively valued.

What you'll do

Carry out the execution and technical assistance of the remodeling works at Soria station.

  • Site execution management and technical assistance.
  • Plan, carry out, and commission the corresponding works.
  • Supervision and control of the works.
  • Preparation of reports and certifications.
  • Economic and temporal monitoring of the works, as well as ensuring the continuity of quality and environmental control of the works.
  • Control the commissioning of the relevant installations.
