Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Architect, Technical Architect, or similar, with at least 5 years of professional experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in the detailed functions.
  • Stakeholder management: negotiation, communication, and building relationships of trust.
  • Intermediate level of AutoCAD.
  • Availability to work on-site in Las Rozas.

Nice to have

  • Valuable experience in airport or retail environments.

You will join the Projects area as a Technician for the contract for planning and coordination services for commercial projects, and construction supervision in spaces dedicated to commercial activities at the Madrid, North Zone, and Canary Islands airports.

What you'll do

  • Participation in the commercial project cycle.
  • Supervision of works.
  • Review and validation of the projects presented by the operators.
  • Preparation of single-plane drawings.
  • Coordination of all agents involved.
