The role

At H10 Hotels, we need to hire a Receptionist to work in our hotel H10 Urquinaona Plaza, in Barcelona.

What you'll do

To professionally, proactively, and responsibly handle the reception of guests and provide detailed information about all the services offered by the hotel and all related tasks.
Check-in and check-out.
To handle customer service tasks, provide accurate information, and process any service requests that guests may have.
To receive, process, and direct customer complaints.
Telephone assistance.
Reservation management and sales closings.
Billing, cash control, and cashier closing.
To show a proactive and collaborative attitude towards guests, conveying empathy and a conciliatory character for conflict resolution.
Provide continuous support to other colleagues during the accommodation sub-processes such as check-in, check-out, billing, and telephone assistance.
